Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka Hari Kartini 2024. Partisipasi Srikandi PNRI bukan hanya tentang prestasi atletik semata, tetapi juga sebagai dukungan terhadap program kesehatan dan kebugaran yang dicanangkan oleh Perum PNRI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Srikandi PNRI, dipimpin oleh Direktur Keuangan, SDM &amp; Manajemen Risiko Perum PNRI, sekaligus Pembina Srikandi PNRI, Dhita Febrianty, dengan langkah yang mantap dan semangat yang berkobar mengikuti kegiatan lomba lari tersebut dengan kategori 5K dan 10K, para Srikandi melaju melintasi jalur perlombaan, memperlihatkan ketangguhan dan keuletan dalam melewati setiap track atau jalur berlari tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dhita Febrianty, yang juga salah satu penggagas Program Well Being PNRI, menekankan pentingnya gaya hidup sehat dan aktif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan fisik maupun mental. &#8220;Kesehatan adalah hal mutlak yang diperlukan setiap orang utk dapat menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari dan melalui program ini, kami berkomitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, menyenangkan dan mendukung untuk semua karyawan kami dalam menyalurkan hobi olah raganya,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Woman Half Marathon yang diikuti ribuan peserta perempuan ini bukan hanya ajang olahraga, tetapi juga momentum untuk memperjuangkan kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Dengan ikut serta dalam acara ini, para Srikandi PNRI tidak hanya memperlihatkan kemampuan atletik mereka, tetapi juga mempromosikan nilai-nilai positif tentang perempuan tangguh dan berdaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berkaitan dengan program Program Well Being PNRI, Direksi PNRI bersama dengan para karyawan PNRI juga secara rutin melakukan kegiatan olahraga lari setiap minggu di Gelora Bung Karno selepas jam kerja. Oleh karena itu, dalam memaksimalkan program dimaksud, ke depan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan fisik akan terus digiatkan dalam rangka membangun \u201cwork life balance\u201d yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jakarta, 29 April 2024 &#8211;
